IMPORTANT COVID 19 May delay deliveries

Due to the Corona Virus all couriers are experiencing increased demand, most deliveries are currently on time but in the foreseeable future we expect delays of 3-5 business days on top of our usual shipping time, we have also had to modify dispatch days for our Fruit Baskets (see below). We are working closely with our courier partners to minimise delays, delivering your order as safely and quickly as possible, thank you for your patience at this time.

Reliable service
A pandemic is a time of uncertainty, but at Hunter Valley Hampers we are focused on delivering a reliable service to you.

Every measure within our control is being taken to ensure there is no impact on service levels or package delivery. If this changes, we will update you as soon as possible. We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to be guided by information and directives from the World Health Organisation, the Federal Health Department and state health authorities.

Delivering to someone else? You will be able to enter their delivery address at the second stage of the shopping cart.
All orders within Australia include free delivery for our standard delivery terms.
Hamper House hampers are delivered using professional and reliable couriers
Where delivery is to be made to a regional part of Australia where couriers do not go, the parcel will be sent via Australia Post. Most of the courier costs listed below are subsidised by Hamper House in order to increase value for our customers.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery may be available, There are additional costs involved in express delivery. Please contact one of our team to discuss your unique requirements.

Couriers Only Operate on Weekdays:

Our couriers will only deliver Monday to Friday during business hours. Our schedule for deliveries is same day service Monday to Friday before 9am in Sydney metro if delivery date option is requested or the next business day. All orders for outside Sydney Metro will be dispatched by 9am if order has been received by that time. Otherwise your order will go the following business day. Our effort to deliver on the date requested is always arranged with our reliable courier service. Although please be advised it is not a guaranteed service on the date requested. Couriers will not leave hampers without an adult's signature, unless authorised. So please make sure you provide an address which is attended during business hours. Where possible, please provide a contact phone number for the recipient.

Delivery Disclaimer

Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within the expected time frame. Hamper House conscientiously work towards the best possible delivery service to our customers. We have chosen to align ourselves with excellent delivery partners, however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your gifts.

All order requiring interstate or outer Sydney Metro address Christmas deliveries must be received by Hamper House no later than 14 December 2020
